Payment methods
Anyone with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express can purchase from us.

Although we use EasyPayWay to handle credit card transactions, customers are never required to set up an EasyPayWay account.

Processing time
Credit card payments are processed and finalised immediately. Orders are sent as soon as payment is finalised.

Security
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We do not keep your credit card details.

Charges
Dhaka: 100 BDT per consignment
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT per consignment

Delivery time
We use an express courier service, so you can expect to receive your order within 48 hours of payment being finalised.

As soon as your order is packed and ready for us to send, you are emailed a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment online if you wish.

We are committed to excellence and stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do everything in our power to promptly address your needs.

Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund will not be provided if you change your mind or if the item does not meet your personal expectations.

Replacements

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, you must report any damages or faults within three working days. KiwiCig™ does not refund any shipping costs. Also, we do not pay the cost of shipping products back to us. For health and sanitary reasons electronic cigarette cartridges are not returnable.

Warranties

Different batteries have different warranties, ranging from one to three months.

  • Standard and Long batteries will not be replaced after One Month of purchasing.
  • Max Batteries will not be replaced after Two Months of purchasing.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect or careless storage

The product being returned must be shipped back to KiwiCig™ together with the filled and printed Replacement Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and a proof of purchase. RMA forms can be obtained by emailing us at manager@kiwicig.com.bd. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
